Athletic competition is promoted as an extension of the
school’s physical education program. The intention is to teach and develop
physical skills, mental discipline, Christian sportsmanship, and the striving
spirit necessary for successful living.

Swim Team - boys and girls - grades 5 - 8

Contact Football - boys - grades 3 - 8
Soccer - boys and girls - grades PreK - 8
Dance Team - girls - grades 6 - 8
Cheerleading - girls - grades 6 - 8
Jr. Cheerleading - girls - grades 3 - 5
Biddy Basketball - boys and girls -grades 2 - 5
Sports are possible through volunteer parents, teachers, and friends of the
school who give their time to coach the various teams. All
parents are encouraged to join the Viking Booster Club.
VIKING BOOSTER CLUB
The objective of the St. Joan of Arc Athletic Association, also called the
Viking Booster Club, is to promote all of the athletic programs of St. Joan of
Arc by keeping parents informed of athletic
activities, securing parental involvement in the athletic programs, and providing
financial aid to those programs. Booster Club meetings are held in August,
December, and April. The date, time, and location of
meetings are published in advanced of the meeting in the school newsletter.
