The Advice Account is a new feature of your 401 (K) Plan. You can now get personal investment advice and planning for your future. One phone call puts you in touch with a qualified Advice Account Financial Advisor.

You can receive:

	A free initial consultation
	On-going access to personal advisors
	Personalized statements and projections
	Flexibility to use and include all fund options.

Just call The Archdiocese of New Orleans 401 (K) Plan Information Line toll-free at (877) 659-6995 and press [3] to be connected to an Advisor. Advice Account Financial Advisors are available weekdays from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. CST.

First Time Callers: Press 2 to access the Main Menu, and then press 2 for Contributions and Investments.

Enrolled Participants: Press 2 for the Main Menu, and follow the functions below.

Main Menu Functions:

Account Balance: Get your account balance(s), fund performance and fund prices.
Contributions and Investments: Enroll in the plan, change your contribution rate and/or change your investment elections.
Transfers: Process reallocation transfers among investment funds.
Request Forms: Request investment fund information, a beneficiary form, tax information notice and other necessary forms.
Other Options Menu: This will be transfer you to the OTHER OPTIONS MENU for withdrawals, loans and PIN changes.
Exit Information Line: Press to exit the information line.
